Students must choose 100 Level C module subject to the limitations of the Block Timetable, module capacity and the agreement with the Dean of Liberal Arts & Natural Sciences or their appointed deputy
Modules at levels other than Level C may be attempted, with the agreement of the Dean of Liberal Arts & Natural Sciences or their appointed deputy, where the appropriate prerequisites are in place, or where this will not affect the overall credit requirements for a classified degree.
The Dean of Liberal Arts & Natural Sciences (or nominee), in conjunction with the relevant Head of School/Department, will determine which ‘major’ fields are available and which modules may contribute to each major. Students will be involved in discussions regarding which majors might be available to them based upon the modules they wish to study, their credits achieved, and any relevant prerequisites or other academic requirements. Normally no more than 60 credits in one subject will be allowed.
