In addition to the core language modules, students follow additional Level I modules from German Studies to the relevant credit value for their respective programme, to a combined total of 120 credits. For any student wishing to take the 40 credit History Dissertation in their final year, 09 24845 Research Methods (Diss Prep) will be compulsory and replace one of the choices above. Students must be doing a minimum of 60 credits in History if they wish to do Reseach Methods.
