Joint Honours Options:
Students taking 80 credits in Drama and 40 credits in Film.
All students must take the 40 credit Drama Dissertation or Creative Project AND one module combination from Options 1-4:
Option 1 • Production Module – semester 1 • Two semester 2 Film options
Option 2 • Two semester 1 Film options • Production Module – semester 2
Option 3 • One module from Drama Block A • One module from Drama Block D • One semester 1 Film option • One semester 2 Film option
Option 4 • One module from Drama Block B • One module from Drama Block C • One semester 1 Film option • One semester 2 Film option
Students taking 60 credits in Drama and 60 credits in Film must choose one module combination from options 1-5.
Option 5 • Film Studies Dissertation or Film Production Project • One module from Drama Block A • One module from Drama Block B • One module from Drama Block C or Block D • One semester 2 Film option
Option 6 • Film Studies Dissertation or Film Production Project • One module from Drama Block A or Block B • One semester 1 Film option • One module from Drama Block C • One module from Drama Block D

Students must choose one of the following independent study modules:
Students may also apply to undertake a Professional Skills module at level H. If successful, this will be taken in place of one of their semester 1 taught modules. The placement can be taken either during the summer vacation (part-time or full- time) or during semester 1 (part-time only). The placement must be completed prior to the Christmas vacation.
