This specialist module builds on previous learning, it provides up-to-date information on the relative benefits of HRM programmes in headquarters, subsidiaries and associated companies in different cultural, institutional and organizational contexts. By doing so, this module allows students to further develop their knowledge and understanding of two core pillars of HRM function: resourcing organisations (recruitment & selection), and reward at work.
