Programme Requirements for 2025/26 Session

B.A. Philosophy, Religion and Ethics (Dual location) Full-time

Students must choose up to 40 credits from the following list. Students can only take ONE dissertation/project option.

Students opting for the 40 credit Dissertation in Theology and Religion will normally be expected to have taken the optional module Dissertation Preparation in their second year of study.

Students must choose at least a further 80 credits of optional modules across A and B, with at least 20 credits from each group.

Students may replace 20 credits with one 20 credit module only from the CAL Future Skills list.

Students are expected to organise their credit balance evenly, or if taking the 20-credit dissertation/project, no more than 70 credits in either semester.
