Learning Outcomes On completion of this module the students will be able to demonstrate a grasp of the legal and commercial significance of international sales and a detailed understanding of the main contractual mechanisms for the solution of the legal problems encountered in international sales of goods. They will be able additionally to identify and suggest solutions to incompletely resolved legal issues in this area.
