Description
This placement module is the first of six placement modules that feature as part of the MSci Physiotherapy programme and provides students with an initial experience in a placement setting. The student will have an identified clinical educator within a health care setting (and is typically external to the university) where they will have the opportunity to gain initial experience in applying knowledge and skills acquired university-based modules studied up to this point of the programme. Different students within the cohort will be allocated to diverse placement settings and learning outcomes should be interpreted flexibly in order that students are assessed optimally.

Demonstrate understanding of the wide range of service user experience across the patient journey, and present evidence of challenging their own stereotypes in relation to this.
