Description Students attend the laboratory once a week for a series of experiments which cover the basic measurement techniques used in physics experiments (temperature, length, optical, heat, electrical): short courses on analysis of experimental data.

Aims to consolidate on and build from the coverage of A level physics to provide a grounding for more advanced laboratory work in later years of the degree programme.
