Description Systems Failure; Systems Engineering; Supplier Development Strategies; Management of Change; Need for change, project team approach, operations strategy, choice of control system including Just-in-Time and Kanban; Implementation etc.
Learning Outcomes By the end of the module the student should be able to understand the nature of systems engineering design and the implementation of change.
