Description In this module, mathematical foundations required for year 2 and above modules of the programme will be introduced. It will introduce complex numbers, linear algebra and integral transforms.
Learning Outcomes By the end of the module students should be able to:
  • To demonstrate the use of complex number operations to solve engineering problems.
  • To apply concepts of linear algebra techniques to solve engineering problems.
  • To apply integral transforms to solve the engineering problems.
