Description
Building on and extending the breadth of the student's current knowledge of Pure Mathematics, this module will cover topics which reflect current research interests and/or topics that are timely and appropriate. These topics may be selected so that they show an application of pure mathematics.
Students are expected to have successfully engaged with modules in Pure Mathematics at levels 2 (I) and 3 (H). Specific pre-requisite requirements may be laid down by the Head of School depending on the actual content of the module.
