Effective leadership requires a wide, interconnected view of your business and the environment in which it operates, as well as clear vision and comprehensive strategies to achieve the organisational goals.

This module covers the main theories of leadership and the debates around leadership styles’ effectiveness, applied in the context of organisations. Discussions will centre around leadership strategies for driving organisational change, as well as learners’ reflections on their strategic challenges and potential ways to overcome them, in the context of theory and current practices.
