Description
The Critical Integration in Management (CIM) module exposes students to general management and leadership challenges, and the application of solutions that apply approaches from all the core modules on the MBA. Real business issues are multifaceted, and so the CIM module shows students how to integrate the core subjects in holistic analysis of business problems.
In all organisations, the person who has to adopt this general business perspective is the leader … the chief executive. The module will therefore place a heavy emphasis on understanding the role of the chief executive and leadership generally.
