This is a specialised module that gives students a practical perspective on creating and exploiting opportunities in an ever changing environment. While the module could help students plan and start a new business, its main goal is to enable those taking it to make good strategic decisions in entrepreneurial and innovative corporate environments. Some of the key areas this module will cover are: the meaning and importance of entrepreneurship; creativity and innovation; corporate venturing teams; new technology, the digital revolution and social networking opportunities; business plans and models; developing new products and services; international business growth.
