Description The aim of the module is to introduce basic concepts in Economics and Finance which have a direct relevance to real-world problems businesses face. The module will initiate the discussion by focusing on fundamental macro and microeconomic concepts, and then proceed to leading to the conversation on the purpose of the financial markets, and banking system.
Learning Outcomes Economics Part:

Finance Part:
  • Demonstrate the basic working of the financial markets and flow of funds
