Description
This module focuses on the importance of performance management in public service delivery and achieving strategic objectives. The module introduces students to the main theoretical perspectives that underpin performance and strategic management, and how these have developed and relate to the dynamics of public services delivery. The module will also challenge how performance and strategic management can be effectively applied in complex and collaborative arrangements for public services.
