Description This module enables students to gain the skills to explain and analyse the causes and consequences of conflict around the world. By applying different theoretical approaches to real-life examples, students will analyse different perspectives on the concept and reality of conflict.
Learning Outcomes By the end of the module students should be able to:
  • Understand and interpret different theoretical approaches to the causes and consequences of conflict
  • Demonstrate an ability to apply different theoretical approaches to real-life examples
  • Recognise and explain the causes of conflict across a range of case studies
