This module will give students an insight into the theory and practice of employment law relating to individual rights. Students will be introduced to fundamental employment law topics such as: unfair dismissal; discrimination; family rights and dispute resolution, including consideration of Labour Law in the UAE. Students will be expected to critically assess the current state of employment law and the challenges faced by those who practice it.
