What does it mean to curate? This module introduces critical approaches in curating, across a variety of global contexts, and historic and contemporary art. It considers a range of concepts and methods such as the role of the curator, institutional contexts, audiences, interpretation and display. The module critically engages with the scholarship, primary sources and case studies.
